The Pollard Pen Company is the result of a woodworking hobby that became a creative passion. 

Robin Coward started making pens after falling in love with the craft by taking a woodworking class to alleviate feeling a bit stir-crazy from being sheltered in place during the pandemic. 

Soon after the first class, she set up a home workshop and started making pens as gifts and posting a few pictures of them on social media. The response was immediate and very unexpected. People from near and far started reaching out to Robin to inquire about ordering pens for themselves and as gifts. All of a sudden, this hobby had become a business.
